Your apartment/cottage will have 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 beds depending on the size of your group - all beds are single beds which can be moved around the room if required, except for the 4 and 10 person VIP cottages which have one bedroom that has a double bed (please consider this when organising your party and accommodation type choice!)

There are 3 x 6-person cottages which are wheelchair adapted. Some other cottages have wheelchair access and ground floor facilities. PLEASE contact us immediately AFTER you have submitted your booking application form including your booking reference number if you will require one of these cottages.

All cottages will be available for occupancy by 4pm on Wednesday.

Check in will open at 10am on Wednesday in Reception. However only some cottages will be ready at this time. (Reception will close at 8pm and you can check in at the Gatehouse at the entrance to CenterParcs, which is open 24 hours). If your cottage is not ready, you will still be able to make use of the Center Parcs facilities.

Your Welcome envelope will clearly state what time your cottage will be ready for occupation. This is determined by the departure of leaving guests and the cleaning schedule of CenterParcs.

CHECK OUT MUST BE BY 10AM on Monday morning. All cottages must be vacated by 10am to enable CenterParcs to clean and prepare them for new guests. Keys must be left at Reception. There will also be a key collection box by the coach bus stop. We kindly ask that you leave your accommodation as tidy as possible to assist the cleaning staff.

Please empty the dishwasher and rubbish bins and leave all your used towels and bed linen in the hallway. Anyone leaving their cottage in a very untidy / dirty state will be subject to additional charges for cleaning.

Marillion Weekend 2025 will have exclusive use of the CenterParcs village for the entire Weekend. No other guests will be present.

You can drive up to your cottage/apartment after checking in on the Wednesday / Thursday.

Once you have unloaded your luggage, we ask you to park your car in the car parks provided until you check out on Monday morning.

Please do not use your car in the park during the Weekend. This is to ensure that the park remains a safe environment for pedestrians, cyclists and children all Weekend.

There are three types of accommodation to choose from, Comfort, Premium and VIP.

Bed linen, pillows and duvets are provided in all accommodation. There are no sofa beds in the cottages.

Towels can be rented from CenterParcs Reception at a price of €9,50 for a 1-bath and 1-hand-towel pack.

Kitchen cleaning packages (washing up liquid, brush, hand towel, tea towel) can be purchased from CenterParcs Reception for €7,50.

Top-up cards for wifi can be bought at Reception or online.

Every type of accommodation has an eco thermostatically controlled central heating system which is activated by a sensor when you enter the accommodation. It automatically switches off when you leave, thus saving energy.

At past Weekends many of you volunteered to share and as a result many new friendships were made. Even if there are 3,4 or 5 in your party you can offer to share with others!

Hopefully we can unite more of you in 2025!

BEFORE APPLICATIONS OPEN - the best thing to do would be to visit the Marillion Weekends Facebook page to see if there are other people like you looking for others to share. Please remember not to give out personal details such as phone numbers on these forums - instead, once you think you've found someone to share with contact each other privately for further details.

If you are unable to do this, please let us know on your booking form (by selecting the Willing To Share option) and we will find other guests to match you up with. As long as you have provided full email details on your form we will be able to let you know, before the event, any details of who you will be sharing with.

By giving us your email in this instance you agree to us passing on your email to any potential cottage guest.

Please remember that in all cases there are two single beds in each room, therefore your bed will be in the same room as the person you will be sharing with. However all the beds are single beds (except for 4 and 10-person VIP cottages) which can be moved around the room if required.

We will do our very best to match same gender guests and smokers / non-smokers.

Ideally, it would be helpful if you could organise with all the people you wish to share BEFORE booking and submit your application as one complete party.

If this is not possible please agree a special code word (ONE word only please!) for your entire party that wish to share accommodation.

On every application form you will all need to enter this code word in the “I would like to share with” box.

PLEASE USE *ONE* UNIQUE CODE WORD THAT NO-ONE ELSE IS LIKELY TO USE!!

If your party does not fill the accommodation to capacity and you are not required to share, then your party will be charged an additional supplemental fee.

Please note, children under 2 will not be included when calculating occupancy.

We will email you to let you know if you will be required to share accommodation.

No pets allowed.

PLEASE NOTE: There are only a limited number of 2 person Cottages and these will be allocated on a lottery basis. If your application is not successful you may be allocated 4 person accommodation (subject to availability) and be required to pay the under-occupancy supplements.
