Lifesigns are now celebrating their 11th year of playing live.
With three studio albums already released and a new blu-ray on the way, Lifesigns recently played Cruise to the Edge for the 5th time which featured John Young (keys and lead vocals) Dave Bainbridge (gtrs, keys and bvox), Jon Poole (Bass and bvox) Steve Rispin (all things sound) and Simon Phillips guesting on drums.
Lifesigns is a mix of progressive rock, pop and jazz fusion with melodies to die for, time signatures to fox the senses and some interesting tempos where even dancing is permitted should you so wish!
Lucid Street met each other at a series of open mic events just as the world was re-opening after COVID.
Founding member Cait and original members Phil and Billy met at an open mic in 2021, a drummer change allowed them to find Mike at an open mic at the start of 2022, and the four met Nolan at an audition in 2022 and invited him into the band at the start of 2023.
Lucid Street has collectively found their signature sound and offers something different and unique by recreating the cream of classic rock, playing the songs that no other bands can. Expect to hear Queen, Rush, Led Zeppelin, Dua Lipa, Whitney Houston, Heart and more.
Lucid Street is also working on original material, with their songs "Potential Redemption" and "The Dragon Song" becoming popular amongst fans and they have plans to release their first album in Spring 2024.
