Some of you will remember Pete and Rob’s Musical Whimsy playing a few years ago at Port Zelande, for the launch of our Acoustic Industry CD.
Since then Robin and I have been working on and off on more material. Noodles, songs and such like, which has built in to quite a catalogue of new music. For our next adventure we have called upon the talents of John Jolliffe, Oxford based singer songwriter and keyboard player, to join in the fun. Our first time on stage together will be in Leicester where we shall be playing various new songs and instrumentals, as well as excerpts from Acoustic Industry, as an acoustic/electric three piece.
Please come along and see what we are about.
An immersive blend of dream-pop, indie and electronic influences, Watercolours are a Bristol based band, fronted by vocalist/guitarist Conal Kelly alongside bassist/keyboardist Matt Sharlot and keyboardist/backing vocalist Hamish Woolley.
Following the release of their second single ‘How Do You Feel?’, the group supported Marillion at their Colston Hall show in Bristol, receiving high praise and drawing comparison to bands such as Foals, Glass Animals and Beach House.
Instead of a traditional support act, Marillion will be taking to the stage to have fun and interact with the audience.
All will be revealed on the night!
