All cottages will be available for occupancy by 3pm on Thursday.
Check in will open at 10am on Thursday in Reception. However only some cottages will be ready at this time. (Reception will close at 8pm and you can check in at the Gatehouse at the entrance to CenterParcs, which is open 24 hours).
Your Welcome envelope will clearly state what time your cottage will be ready for occupation. This is determined by the departure of leaving guests and the cleaning schedule of CenterParcs.
CHECK OUT MUST BE BY 10AM on Monday morning. All cottages must be vacated by 10am to enable CenterParcs to clean and prepare them for new guests. Keys must be left at Reception. There will also be a key collection box by the coach bus stop. We kindly ask that you leave your accommodation as tidy as possible to assist the cleaning staff.
Please empty the dishwasher and rubbish bins and leave all your used towels and bed linen in the hallway. Anyone leaving their cottage in a very untidy/dirty state will be subject to additional charges for cleaning.
Bus company Res Nova will again be running shuttle buses from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport and Rotterdam Airport to CenterParcs on Thurs/Friday 21/22 March and returning on Monday 25 March in the morning.

Return journeys on the shuttle bus from either airport will be as follows:

We know a lot of you are planning get togethers in your cottages, but there will also be a welcome party where you can get together, meet new people and just generally relax and have fun!
Times of all events will be printed in your welcome brochure but the details of this welcome party are below - we know you need warning for the fancy dress part.
In the Market Dome (where the supermarket is) - just quiet drinks and chat.
In the Adventure Factory - an 80's disco with a fancy dress party - the theme is COUNTRIES.
With 50+ nations attending the PZ weekend, we thought it could be fun for people to dress up as positive representations of either their own country or someone elses!
Culture definition - "The sum of attitudes, customs, and beliefs that distinguishes one group of people from another. Culture is transmitted, through language, material objects, institutions, and art, from one generation to the next."
Run wild with your choice or just stick a flag round your shoulders - anything goes!
There will be prizes given out for the best costumes.
The Weekend in The Netherlands will be held at CenterParcs Port Zelande on 21st-25th March 2019.
As it was such a success last time, we've extended the weekend to include an extra night's accommodation so you can now arrive on the Thursday.
We are very excited about the plans for these shows.
Once again we are working on putting together a spectacular series of concerts on all 3 concert nights in our purpose-built venue.
We look forward to welcoming you to the Weekend, whether you are a first-timer or a MW veteran; please take time to read all the information here carefully!!!
