Friday Night - WALFAD

WALFAD (We Are Looking For A Drummer) was founded in 2011 by Wojtek Ciuraj.

This young band from Wodzisław Śląski recorded three albums, which were warmly received both in Poland and abroad.

As touring activity has increased, WALFAD have become more popular.

In recent years they have shared the stage with leading Polish bands and also with Ray Wilson (ex-Genesis).

Music journalists have described them as “a new force in Polish progressive rock”.

WALFAD’s work goes beyond one genre, however, it is based in modern progressive rock. Melodies are full of passion and youthful energy, and thoughtful, poetic lyrics.

Saturday Night - Tides From Nebula

Tides From Nebula are one of the top instrumental acts in Poland.

The band is loud, tight and melodic. In 2009 after releasing their debut album 'Aura', TFN started to tour heavily and quickly gained the reputation of being a great live band.

Word spread and the band eventually had an opportunity to work with awesome producers, with both their second album 'Earthshine' (produced by Zbigniew Preisner - famous music composer) and their third, 'Eternal Movement' (produced by Christer Cederberg - who worked with Anathema).

TFN also received many invitations to tour with The Ocean, Riverside, Monuments, Shining, After The Burial and many others. The band have also supported Marillion, Deftones and Dream Theater.

At the moment the band are promoting their latest album, "Safehaven".

Sunday Night - Fismoll

Fismoll signed to the Nextpop label at the age of 19.

An exceptional singer-songwriter and excellent guitarist, at the beginning of his career, fans and journalists compared him to artists such as Bon Iver, Sigur Rós, Ben Howard and Damien Rice.

His instrumental works match the sensitivity and aesthetics of Arvo Pärt and Ólafur Arnalds.

His debut album “At Glade” was nominated for Poland's most prestigious music award, the Fryderyk, as Debut of the Year. The album's mastering was crafted by London-based Mandy Parnell, who has worked with Björk, Sigur Rós, Roisin Murphy, PJ Harvey, Röyksopp, Emiliana Torrini, and The White Stripes.

Fismoll's second album “Box Of Feathers” was released in 2015.

Rich in incredibly intense emotions, it is full of nuances and contrasts, with finesse and rawness, space and dynamics.

Like “At Glade”, it features an abundance of melodies, original arrangements and world-class compositions.
